A Busted Refrigerator Line Was The Culprit
This homeowner noticed some buckling in their wood laminate kitchen floors. The culprit was a leaking water line to the refrigerator. Our crews went in and took out the affected parts of the flooring to make sure we were able to get everything dried. When it comes to jobs like this, water can be slowly leaking over time. In wood flooring, the wood will soak up as much water as it can, until it cannot hold it anymore. Once that happens, the flooring will start buckling meaning that there is even more water and moisture stuck under there. At that point, we would need to remove the flooring.
