Overflowing Toilets Do Happen

This house suffered a small water damage due to a toilet over flow. We see these kinds of jobs quite often, and they are nothing to be embarrassed about. The water that overflowed from this toilet was considered clear, clean water. This makes these kinds of jobs much easier to clean, because its all about getting the water up and drying things out. If the water had been contaminated, then it would have been considered a biohazard job, and those are a little bit more in depth and challenging. As you can see, there are holes in the baseboards around the toilet. This is done because it helps with the drying process, to make sure we can get the inside of walls dried.
